Buffalo Bills facet rusher Von Miller is out on bail after police say his pregnant girlfriend accused him of pushing her and holding her neck at some point of an argument at their Dallas home.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit on Thursday, the victim she and Miller have been at home Wednesday when they started arguing at about 10:50 a.m. over when they would travel. When she stated she did not like to travel on her birthday, she went to a room and slammed the door, which she stated upset Miller and he advised her to leave.

The victim informed  police that as she tried to collect some of her belongings he started to push her out to “shove and push her, all whilst telling her to leave.” She stated as she pleaded to get her smartphone and laptop, he took out his smartphone and recorded the altercation as he persevered pushing and shoving her towards the door.

The victim said she asked him to stop, and that she is pregnant, however, he continued pushing her, stepped on her foot and induced her to fall again into a chair. She stated he then put a hand round her neck for three to 5 seconds earlier than letting go. She stated it used to be painful, however did not influence her breathing.

“Von Miller is released from the DeSoto Regional Jail after posting a $5,000 surety bond early Thursday evening. Miller was taken to the custody and processing Glenn Heights Police after he surrendered  himself in to them Thursday afternoon in response to a warrant for a home violence incident that was issued through the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.”

Miller is a two-time Super Bowl champion with the Broncos and Rams. He grew up in the Dallas suburb of DeSoto and played university soccer for Texas A&M. He was once chosen No.2  basic by using the Denver Broncos in the 2011 NFL Draft, is an eight-time Pro Bowl champ and three-time first-team Pro Bowl selection. He signed with the Bills before the 2022 NFL season.

The Bills are on a bye week and it is uncertain what Miller’s fame will be with the team. NFL gamers accused of home violence are typically brought to the commissioner’s exempt listing and are now not eligible to play whilst the accusation is investigated.
